We offer 6 days grand tour of Morocco from Casablanca, a must-see tourist tour intended for a people seeking of discovery and culture a balanced steps and a pleasant pace for a thorough approach to Morocco. The Atlas Mountains, dotted with tiny villages, the big dunes of the Sahara desert and the old Medinas.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Casablanca – Marrakech

Your private tour begins with your driver picking you from your airport or from your hotel in Casablanca to Marrakech, one of the major cities of Morocco, this charming city is the most important of the four Imperial Cities, also known as “Red or Ochre City” for the red walls that surround it and for the various buildings of this colour built in the same period using red stones and sand. We will visit the Bahia Palace, the ancient Koranic school of Ben Youssef, the Koutoubia Minaret, then we will have a short stop for lunch with Moroccan mint tea in one of the terraces overlooking Jemaa el-Fna square. Free dinner and overnight in riad/hotel.

Day 2 : Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Agdez Draa Valley

Departure early in the morning from Marrakech to Agdez and Draa Valley through the High Atlas Mountain pass of Tizi-n-Tichka and Telouet where you will visit one of the most extraordinary sights of the Atlas Mountains, the famous Kasbah Telouet. Built in 1860, this kasbah is one of the former residences of Pacha Glaoui and perhaps with the best examples of Islamic architecture in Morocco. Continuation through the Ounila Valley, a part of the main caravan route from sub-Saharan Africa to Marrakech, and the narrow river valley connecting Telouet and Ait Ben Haddou, visit the stunning Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, After lunch we will continue to ouarzazate recognized as “the African Hollywood”. this beautiful town has many Films & Cinema Studios. The journey will continue to south through the palm-lined Draa valley to Agdez, where you’ll have dinner and spend the night.

Day 3 : Agdez – Zagora – M’hamid – Erg Chigaga

After breakfast, you will have enough time to visit Tamnougalte Kasbah, then continuation to Zagora where we will explore the immense date palm oasis of the Draa Valley. Stop in Tamegroute to visit the Koranic library, the manufacturing location of the unique green pottery of Tamegroute, and the underground streets of the village. Lunch in M’Hamid then we will off-road to the big dunes of Erg Chigaga. Arrival at the camp in the afternoon for a camel ride, and finally a traditional nomad dinner and a night under the stars will be a wonderful surprise.

Day 4 : Erg Chigaga – Marrakech

After sunrise over the dunes and a traditional nomad breakfast, we will go to Marrakech along the track off-road between Erg Chigaga and the Draa River to Lake Iriqui, then to the village of Foum Zguid. Stop for lunch at Taznakht, well known for its handmade Berber carpets. Then we will keep driving to Marrakech over the High Atlas mountain pass of Tizi-n-Tichka.

We will arrive to Marrakech late in the afternoon.

Day 5 : Marrakech Guided Tour

On this day we will have a guided tour to discover the most beautiful places in Marrakech, especially the old Medina with its famous souks. We’ll also visit some gardens and old monuments.

Day 6 : Marrakech – Casablanca

In the morning, you will have free time to explore the famous square and to enjoy the street culture around the riad, then we will go back to Casablanca where our tour ends.
